Merino DK

Soft and springy, this is a very versatile merino yarn with  a touch of nylon for durability. Perfect for garments, accessories, and everyday knitting.

  • 85% Superwash Extrafine Merino / 15% Nylon Yarn (19.5 Microns)
  • DK weight, 4 ply construction
  • 100g per skein, 246 yards (225m)
  • Needle Size: 3.5 - 4.5mm (US 4 - 7) needles / E-G Hook
  • Gauge (stockinette): 22sts x 30 rows over 10cm/4 inches on 4mm (US 6) needles

This yarn is from Australia and is ethically produced from sheep that have NOT been mulesed.

Care Instructions: Hand wash using a wool detergent, ideally below 30°C, avoid wringing and twisting. Dry flat out of direct sunlight, do not spin or tumble dry.

Twist Sock

This two ply yarn is soft and springy, the tight twist helps hold the strands of yarn together making is an durable and versatile choice. The softness makes this a great next to skin wool, perfect for anything from socks to sweaters, scarves, and shawls.

This base is spun from ultrafine 19.5 micron superwash merino blended with mulberry silk, creating a yarn that feels like a cloud. The merino brings that wool familiarity, while the silk adds strength, drape, and a subtle glow that catches light beautifully. 

Great for fluid shawls, tops with drape, and delicate scarves you’ll treat gently, or anything meant to sit close to the skin.

  • Sock/Fingering Weight, 4 ply construction
  • 100g skein, 437 yards (400m)
  • Needle Size: 2.5 - 4mm (US 1.5 - 6) needles and C - G hook.
  • Gauge (stocking stitch): 28sts x 36 rows over 10cm/4 inches on 3.25mm (US 3) needles
